Terms of Service / Last Updated: March 18, 2026

Terms for an early public version.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lkashlab.com, related Patreon workflows, the private Discord community, and future LkashLab tools and services.

Because the platform is still under construction, some functionality described here may not yet be live. Using LkashLab means you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

LkashLab is a financial experimentation platform focused on education, structured testing, and community learning. It combines videos, tools, dashboards, and discussion spaces to help users explore real-world money decisions.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

LkashLab provides educational content and experimentation tools only. Nothing on the website, in videos, in Discord, or inside any related tool should be treated as financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

3. Eligibility and Access

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Some areas of the ecosystem, including Patreon-backed perks or the private Discord community, may require an active membership or account on a third-party platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  • Interfere with site operations, tools, leaderboards, or community systems.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or results.
  • Post harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit unreleased features.

5. Community and Membership Rules

If you join the Patreon-supported Discord community, you must also follow the moderation rules, onboarding requirements, and platform rules set by Discord and Patreon. Access may be suspended or removed if those rules are violated.

6. Tools, Metrics, and Leaderboards

Experiment tools, progress metrics, and leaderboards are intended to support reflection, accountability, and learning. They do not guarantee outcomes, wealth, or performance, and they may change as the platform evolves.

7. Payments and Third-Party Platforms

Paid memberships, if offered, may be managed through Patreon or other providers. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are generally handled by those providers under their own terms. Any creator-specific access policies may be described separately.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, LkashLab content, branding, visuals, text, videos, tools, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the project. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

9. Availability and Changes

The service may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time, especially during this under-construction stage. Features, pricing, and access rules may also change.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LkashLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No promise is made that the site or future tools will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LkashLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the service.

12. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated at any time if these terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or if a platform integration or membership status changes.

13. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the project matures. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.

14. Contact

While direct support details are still being finalized, questions about these terms should be sent through the official LkashLab Patreon communication channel or the Discord support path when available.
